Varsity Sports Grill / Adelaide Hall

Built in 1870/1871 Fishbeck hall and later renamed Adelaide hall this site functioned originally as a gathering place for events and meetings. Through the years the building house several businesses and by the late 1980's was in bad disrepair. During the renovation in 1995 it is said they found a dead person on the back stairs.

during this investigation we were accompanied by our local newspaper South West Times Record we started off in the main hall upstairs and then split into two teams that rotated between the upstairs are and the downstairs area. The investigation was uneventful for the entire investigation until I had seen a person walk from behind a room divider. I had at first thought it was an investigator until I had realized that the "person" was wearing a white outfit with what looked like a black vest. I called out to see where all the investigators were and none were even close to that area.
