Contacted by Haunted Hall on Fort Chaffee site of an annual Halloween "spook" house in Fort Smith to investigate claims made of actors being touched while in position waiting for their cue. RVPRI was told that there were several incidents where an actor was in an area and was tapped on their shoulder and when he turned there was no one there. Rumor has is that a soldier had jumped from an upstairs window and killed himself, in the area that these activities occur. Upon investigation the team split and investigated the water tower on the property as well as the Hall itself. While out in the water tower there appeared to be a shadow that seemed to be hanging from the ceiling watching us, being that this was an inner door it doesn't seem likely that it was a shadow caused by natural light from outside. while on the inside of the Hall itself an investigator claimed that he was touched. During the investigation a "gifted" member gave us the name of "Corporal Thomas" and felt as if this was the individual that died and that he was actually "helped" through the window investigator Tony asked Corporal Thomas to "get away from that window" and upon review of the audio we hear "I'm trying to" great EVP and actually seems to validate the "gifted" member. It is the opinion of RVPRI that the Haunted Hall is worthy of it's name and does in fact exhibit genuine paranormal activity.
As you can see by the clothes it was very cold, if you consider 17 degrees cold.
With a little more padding this chair would be perfect for me.
This is the area where the actors get touched and also where I got tapped on the arm.
Interesting enough that behind the cameraman (yours truly) is a bathroom. Bathrooms, I have heard seem to be a common site for paranormal activity, I am not so sure about that, but that is what I am told. On the other side of the wall (behind the cameraman) is where the alleged death of "Corporal Thomas" Occurred.
This is the window that "Corporal Thomas" exited through and where Tony caught his EVP. In this picture you see Charlie trying to relax and collect any data he can, all the while trying to stay awake and warm.
We believe this EVP is telling us to get down from there.
Tony was told a name and rank Corporal Thomas and that he was by the window, so he engaged with this new found info and hot an answer that is awesome. We hear "I'm trying to".
