2 story private residence with reports of noises being heard, banging and footsteps and reports of unusual shadows.
The client contacted us after they had heard that the previous owners claimed that the house was haunted.

A seemingly quiet and still home the investigation was for the most part uneventful. There was a moment where Roberts recorder had "malfunctioned" and showed that it was full and turned off, but all recorders were checked before the investigation and they had full battery life and were empty. Robert also felt as if a "cobweb" had run across his face twice during the investigation. There was also a loud bang that each team during the investigation blamed on the other. We asked each other what they did to make that loud sound and realized none of us had made it.
Right as Robert said he felt as if a cobweb had run across his face Tina snapped a couple pics.
While in this room I was sitting where Robert is in this pic, and I turned to look behind me and in the mirror I had seen what looked like a shadow of a person walking in front of the couch.
About 8 minutes into the investigation, Tina and Robert was asking for a sign of any presence. This is what happened directly afterwards. You will hear the beep of the recorder turning off. But the recorder has a button lock out feature so you can't turn it off by accident. The recorder was cleared before the investigation and the batteries were fresh.
Tina had asked to be touched and just after Robert had a cobweb like feel run across his face. Just before Robert speaks it sounds as if someone is saying.
This was picked up on Roberts recorder but not on Tina's
