Always a hardcore skeptic, I found it hard to believe the claims my wife was making when we lived in a house that was haunted. I went so far as to make fun of her for believing in the things she was saying. One night we came across something I could not explain away and I could not deny since my wife, who had seen it as well, described to me what I had just seen. That was in early 2000 and it started me down this strange pathway. We actually moved from that home into a "normal" home that we rented for one year and then bought the home we are living in now, which as luck would have it has activity in it as well. After chasing a shadow around my house to find out that it wasn't a person after all I decided along with my wife to start River Valley Paranormal Research and Investigations. Along about July 2006 we started to plan out the group and started to buy equipment, and in late September started obtaining the members who would become the finest team I could hope for.

No longer an unbeliever I am still a skeptic, I do not believe that a place is haunted just because it is scary looking or because someone say's it is. And as a representative in Arkansas for the International Paranormal Investigators (I.P.I.) I bring with me and our team, a wealth of knowledge that spans years and backgrounds. If you have actual paranormal activity in your business or home I will do my best to find the activity and present you with the evidence that we have found.

All my life I have been into anything paranormal. Everything from ghost's, U.F.O.s and Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. Laugh if you want, but I feel that there is more out there than what we've seen. I feel that we won't know the truth until we die, so you might as well keep an open mind. I have had a several paranormal experiences in my life, this has fueled my desire to become an investigator. So after a lot discussion with Adrian, we founded RVPRI. I am not just an investigator I am also the office manager, and scheduling desk operator for RVPRI.

Other than that I love animals, especially horses. I love to travel and see new places, and now that all the kids are grown I am free to do more.

Tina is the best partner anyone could hope for, she not only helps with direction but she spends many hours a day doing all the tedious little things that keep a group together.

A team is only as good as it's members and we have surrounded ourselves with those who we consider great.

I was raised in Fort Smith I have lived here for a good part of my life. I served time in the military got out with an honorable discharge grew a lot and learned a lot serving my country. I am in my mid 30's and want to understand the things that go bump in the night. I have been blessed with a great child, great friends, and the best family all my life and know that they have made me the man I am today. My interest into the paranormal started because of the house I was raised in. It was a crazy thing, we moved into the house when I was about 6 and things just always happened there, from things coming up missing and then you would come back and they would be right where you looked. the thing that is in my parents house today is still a little mischievous but I think it just like playing games with people at first it was a little mad I think it broke a mirror it just fell off the wall and then some how my sisters ceiling fell on her then it stopped for a little bit. As I got older I noticed that it kind of played a little mischievous roll as well. being a typical teen age boy that had a little rebellion in him. I noticed it would not let me sneak out of the house and it would wake one or both of my parents if I did so. I have also had a few experiences that was a lot worse and would rather keep to myself at this time they where of a different type of paranormal or spiritual realm that scared me one at the age of 17 and the next around the age of 24. anyway other hobbies I have is making my own schnapps (thanks Aaron ), fishing, camping, and also love to mix drinks for friends and family.

Daniel (Redd) is a good friend to have on your side, thoughtful and always helpful. When you need him, if he is able, he is willing. That is what a friend is about and that is what Tina and I consider him to be. A night worker like me, that makes him available during the day and you can see him sometimes come along with us on preliminary walkthroughs. We always appreciate his insight and opinion.

Welder, paintball player, sarcastic, smart a**, blunt and funny, if that's at all possible.

Shawn is generally a skeptic by nature, and that is very valuable to keep a team grounded. With outstanding abilities in making things work he is an awesome problem solver, if you can visualize it he can make it happen. In a pinch he can put something together like MacGyver, and if you give him time it will be custom shop quality. Extremely valuable to the team in ability, and much more than that as a friend.

Raised in Texarkana Arkansas, I have been in the River Valley for almost 10 years. I reside in Greenwood Arkansas with my wife Beth, and daughter LeAnna. I have always had an interest in the paranormal and have on several occasions, from a very young child until the present, experienced activity that cannot be easily explained away. I have been a licensed Private Investigator in Texas, and Arkansas and will take that experience with me as I investigate the paranormal. I am very familiar with several legends and paranormal stories form Arkansas and nearby states, the most well known is the Fouke Monster. I have known or still know several of the people involved with that legend. I am pleased to be surrounded by the professionals at RVPRI and am honored that they consider me a friend and colleague.

With a background in private investigations Joe has a great eye for detail and is a great addition to the team. Combine that with his motivation and humor he moves beyond just being an asset, he becomes a fun guy to be around as well.

When I was younger, there would be things that happened in the house I would always get the blame for but I really wasn't the one doing them. The things going on were everything from noises to lights flickering, doors opening and closing, shadows, and temperature. I've never been afraid of what was going on there just a little curious now that I'm an adult I want to know more about the paranormal and help anybody in any way I can. I live in the River Valley area. I attend UAFS. I'm a mother of a 5 year old girl, Kara and 2 year old boy, Muncci.

I was born and raised in the Oklahoma City area. I moved to the River Valley area in 1987. I live in Spiro now with my lovely wife Debbie, and my darling daughter, Alicia. Along with a menagerie of dogs, cats, birds, and fish, we all somehow live in a fragile harmony together.

I've always had an interest in paranormal activities of any kind. My term paper in high school was on UFO's! (got an A!) I dabbled in photography in high school and college and hope to bring my limited knowledge to the team.

Other than diving into the paranormal realm with both feet, I love to bowl, fish, watch the weather conditions, read anything by Stephen King and Jim Butcher, and anything about Star Trek or Star Wars, and watch the Oklahoma Sooners and the Kansas City Chiefs!

I have lived in this area for about 20 years. I have been married to my wife Tammy for 14 years. I have 3 kids. I am very active with the Fort Smith Boys and Girls Club. You may have seen me at the Haunted Hall or I may have coached your kids in Football, Basketball or T-ball. Most people know me as Crazy Steve. I would like to thank RVPRI for letting me be part of their team.

Yeah, that's right we do have an actual scary clown on our group!
